Autism Waiver Lunch

Hi again, I hope you read this with a smile on your face. =)

This week I have the honor of taking a former waiver client (now age 24) out to lunch. His request, idea and he is also selecting the restaurant. I'm just the driver (for that part.) We have been trying to make this happen for over a year since life keeps throwing us curve balls. I am excited and he is too. I periodically get count down texts and excited happy faces as well.

It seems we will work on our social and life skills once more.

I am so proud of him and all of his accomplishments to date. I look forward to seeing where the world takes him next.

Moreover, I am proud of you and your children of all ages. We got this for them!
