6yo Funny

While I cannot share names or images, I can share this story of my 6yo client and I talking over a puzzle. The puzzle had all types of animals which sparked the 6yo to tell me she wants to own a zoo when she gets big. She wants to have lions and tigers, but they will not be allowed to eat meat because that's not nice. Oh, and she'll have birds, but she'll need help taking care of everyone. (There were many more animals she wants at her zoo.) So, she said she would hire people to work. Then, my little friend realized she may not be able to drive so she'll need to hire someone that can drive and have a car. - I kid you not - my 6yo client looks at me and says, "They cannot pick their nose. That is just gross. I cannot have someone picking their nose all the time. No, nose pickers, Ms. Anna." =0) At this point, I said I agreed that that would be icky but inside I was laughing. Her candidness and practical application of her needs and the zoo's...it's just great. (I then excused myself while she finished the puzzle and went to the bathroom to laugh and laugh I did.)
