Social Groups

NOW IN OUR 12th YEAR of RUNNING SOCIAL GROUPS

Currently, we have a middle school group, and a high school + young adult group. Both groups go into the local community weekly to practice social skills and life skills while experiencing new venues or old favorites.

Our social groups serve students on the autism spectrum but also, we have had students with SPD, ADD/ADHD, Social Anxiety, Generalized Anxiety, Depression, PDD, OCD, Executive Functioning, Fragile X, Intellectual Disability, and more. We welcome any students that may have a special need that carries a social skills deficit.

In 2025, our hope is to build, organize, and run FOUR social groups. They will include: ages 4-6/7, ages 7-11, plus our middle school, and high school/young adult social groups. All groups will take place locally in Carroll County, MD.
